WAVLINK 5gbps USB C Ethernet NIC RTL8157 $24.99

Cool USB adapter, it does not come with a C to A adapter so you'll need to get one if you're going to use this with a device like a Synology. I use this exact model on my Synology with custom drivers with no issues.
