i recieved the item in a pretty bad shape, this was used by a customer and not cleaned with water redisue all over, Also the mops were pretty dirty, i had the customer return slip from amazon in side the box. If this was truly refurbished this should had been thoroughly inspected and cleaned to factory conditions looking as new. pretty dissapointed with the purchase.
