The wire stripper is pretty much useless.

Then I went down the rabbit hole of soldering irons, and got a KSGER T12 from Aliexpress and an Sequre S99 USB soldering iron and wanting to try them on the beginning electronics kit I got from AE.
To begin with,
1) The tip will heat up from room temperature to 300C within 10 second !
2) The temperature setting is very accurate. For most of the controller, you can even calibrate the reading (+/- 10C)
3) Since it bring up the temperature so quick, when touching large metal area, it can compensate very quick.
4) There are about 30+ tip to choose from
5) Sleep function can extend the life of the tip
6) Anti static .........
For this cheaper model, < US$16, you do need a note book PC power supply or select the one with it for US$10 more.

Complete junk.
As others have said, spend more and get better. There are even kits out there in the $20-$30 range that will be leagues better than this
But if you want to spend a bit more, get one with a directly heated tip. I know the kind of soldering iron like the one in the deal, it takes a while to heat up. But better than no soldering iron.
As truckduck said, these are better than no soldering iron if you want to fix a quick thing. I have one these in a simple heat insert station for 3D printed parts.
