Firmware for Q4 and the Qpro-C trigger for Canon (dated 8/2024) from Neewer site:

Don't forget to download their FW flash utility, located on the same page - pick from the "Windows" or "macOS" icons above.

For reliable flashing, use a USB-A to USB-C cable meant for data. Just because a cable can pump 140W charging, doesnt mean its reliable for data.

If the data (and charging) cable is limited to USB 2.0 speeds (480Mbps), then it's best to plug it into the lower-speed port on the computer (usually colored black, not blue).

I believe this is incompatible with the Godox / Flashpoint triggers.
