$75 trade in value is only for wireless Samsung buds, generic wireless buds are $50 and there's no option to trade in wired headphones (like it was possible for Buds FE).

The 3s sound way better - in fact, they are the first wireless earbuds I've come across that sound as good as my high-end wired earbuds. This price is not as exciting, though - I will wait for $70ish after trade-in.

I go down to $114.99 with trade in, how are you getting the last discount amount?

EDIT: Seems like EDU and EPP are NOT the same price. The extra $17 or so off is only coming when I do the EDU discount

Need advice on a tangible but unrelated matter from my fellow SD brethren. I have lost my old edu email as part of a mass purge a few months ago. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Can I continue to use my samsung edu account since I can still login without any issues and keep placing orders to get the discounts? I can then track the order status and shipment date from their site instead.

Or will samsung cancel the orders and potentially my edu account with them when the order confirmation email they send me gets rejected and comes back to them as undeliverable...?

Thoughts?

If you used Edu discount on buds earlier in the year, then you see this message. I'm not sure and don't quote me but it allows edu discount only 2 times on the product.
I didn't use it earlier and still see it and the case is only a 5% discount. It's possible I'm maxed out but no message saying so as I did use employee discount in March on a S24 Ultra.

I enjoy the buds 2 pro design in that it won't really catch on anything.

Anyone have both? I know sound is personal but just wondering if the 3's are much better in the sound department vs the 2 pros.
I have the buds, buds pro, buds 2 pro, and had pre-ordered this, I would say the size of the buds is the best, buds 2 pro overall is the best. these buds 3 pro are good in sound but too much plastic.

Buds 2 Pro wont stay in my ears. Buds Live was much better fit, but Samsung killed that line

Any commentd on Buds 3 Pro's fit?

Buds Pro 1 didnt fit (well) in my ears. My Buds Pro 3 also don't fit that well either. I use those memory foam tips and that helps but I think my ears just aren't designed for earbuds.

For certain categories (most mobile and electronic products) Samsung is allowing anyone to get Edu discount, you can use non edu email and it should give you edu discount.

I somehow got it down to $75 earlier this week but can't do it anymore. They advertise $100 trade in on the front page, but they only allow for $75. I imagine if you talk to support and mention that fact you can get the price down to $75 with trade in total instead of $97.
