It appears as a one time use, but if you go back into PayPal you will most likely see it available again. You just need to activate it again. I've used it several times in a row for Walmart.

It took PayPal 60 days to issue my cashback from prior purchases. I spent it all on Walmart gift cards as I shop at Sam's Club and Walmart often. Essentially 12% back if you are a Sam's Club plus member and 10% back on everything else

Is this in the chase rewards section or on the PayPal site where you see using chase through PayPal gives 5%?

Not sure if there is a max amount but this offer is a one time use only. I have seem then offer it again the following week after using it the first time

You need to add the offer from paypal's site and you need to activate the quarterly rewards from chase app to get back 10%
