It appears as a one time use, but if you go back into PayPal you will most likely see it available again. You just need to activate it again. I've used it several times in a row for Walmart.

You did this Online thru Best Buy and paid with Paypal and it counted for the bonus? I have not checked to see that BB offers eCards/gift cards. Just want to be sure it will work. Thanks

For the Paypal 3% or 4 % or 5% off (for example), you have to activate it first and it takes about 2 minutes to activate so check your email first to see if you get the activation notice. It also has an expiration date usually about 7 days but I am starting to see them go longer, sometimes up to 30 days. Doesn't matter since the instant you use it, the offer goes away so it's a one-time use which means you need to re-add it if you expect to use it again. Usually it only takes a few days to show up again so you can quickly add it again but if you are not seeing it, check the mobile app.

Please be aware some of these offers don't work. For example, the Anker app doesn't work because using Paypal thru the Anker website is showing up under another merchant name that is not matching. How do you know if you are getting 5%? If you use a standard Paypal checkout, just before you click the Confirm button you will see a message like "You are getting 5%" somewhere on that page.
