Project Farm did a review on it and it does have the Force Start feature to jump dead batteries.
This is the cheapest I've seen it.

Just got one. Trick was to use the app and add the code on the checkout section. Don't go into selecting the payment method to add the code it won't work.

I just watched the review and he specifically said he made multiple attempts to jump start with a dead battery and it would not activate.

edit. although it doesn't say, it seems PF did miss the red button.
