Project Farm did a review on it and it does have the Force Start feature to jump dead batteries.
This is the cheapest I've seen it.

Ummm... it's a chemical product. Unless you have opened a bunch of these and this is different smelling I would say it's fine.

You all had better double check your final price again. Avapow went into my order after receiving the discount ($52) and removed the promotional code. They tried to charge me $99. Of course, I canceled the order. Buyers beware.

Just got it in earlier today, this thing could not start a cold 7.3 diesel, and 2 stone cold trucks with the override mode. Return is being processed as we speak. Also thing is very light, if you drop it, I'm sure it would break like legos.
