It worked for me. I haven't shopped at JC Penney since the local one shut down years ago and am surprised at how high the prices are. It looks like they've adopted the Kohl's model which is disappointing. If that's what keeps the stores in business I can't blame them. After applying the $10, the items I wanted are still more expensive than elsewhere. Surprisingly, the locations in two neighboring towns are still open. Will probably end up with socks or a couple plain T-shirts.
