I'm not convinced it's worth $500 used at this point after almost a year. I have two $25 off $250 Amex Best Buy offers and I'm still not pulling the trigger on this deal.

"open box" condition is not just opened box... it means used for a bit and returned or used as a floor model, and in some cases traded in by a customer (if the phone is in really good condition and still very new). You're better off spending a little more for a brand new one IMO and not play the risk of gambling on $560+ after taxes to save $120.

I'm eying on OP13 actually. Was about to get OP12, but heard that OP13 will be flat screen. Hope OP13 will have physical dual sim as well.

The 13 is a major leap. Dynamic refresh, so text portion will be 10hz and video portion 60fps, or whatever is needed. Battery life will be crazy, and new cameras. Overall no reason to get the 12, unless under 300.
