After seeing the Slickdeals post, I bought the Reliant 215/55R17 94V for my 2016 Honda Accord. WOW! what a difference.. i was using the tires that were on the car when I bought it 5 years ago (Honda certified preowned) -- i think they were installed right before buying. i would slip on wet pavement and the car was very loud and rattled over every bump. It's been a night-and-day difference with these tires. Ride is much quieter and obviously much better traction on wet pavement. All-in price was $380 plus 11% cash back. Great deal!

I am glad you like them. I replaced mine last year and I found them to be much louder than the Goodyear Eagle tires I had on my car from the factory.

I believe that 11% cashback doesn't apply to tires.

Where'd you get 11% CB? I have the same vehicle (except 2013) and need same size tires. I have some old Goodyears on it right now that I'm not very happy with (they started chunking a long time ago - which they apparently had some problems with and recalled some tires but not mine) and was thinking of getting Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 instead. A set of these for $384 or set of DWS06 for $490 (after install and rebates)? I've heard good and bad about these Reliant tires...
The extreme contact tires are fantastic tires and in a totally different league than the Reliants. I had them on my previous car and loved them. They're particularly great in the snow compared to most all season tires. If you live in the snow belt, I'd definitely recommend the continentals over the Reliants.

I live in FL so really just need tires that are good in wet and dry. I had the Extreme contact on another car and liked them too but wouldn't mind having a longer lasting tire.

In that case, save a few bucks and no rebate headaches. The Reliants should be just OK.

Unbelievable, they don't seem to want to install the tires near Milwaukee

It's showing 101$ per tyre plus tax in California plus 18$ installation.. how did you get 11% cashback?

Ignore that please. There is no cash back on tires. I was referring to a popular cash back site you can order thru (not allowed to say on Slickdeals)

You are correct, does not apply to tires. Did not know that!

What does cost to mount, balance etc
Mountain balance ranges from 18 to 25 at Walmarts depending on where you are here in Florida It's 18-20. I bought these 3 years ago (Lexus RX) Thread life is supposed to be 65k but they lasted me just over 50 in this hot climate. The best Black Friday deal was 3 years ago on these same Goodyear reliant tires. If you bought a set of four for Black Friday, you'd get the tires on sale and free mounting and balancing. That was a slick deal.!

The Walmart reliance will be just fine I also live in Florida (North Central). Had them on my RX 450h installed 3 years ago. Drove north for Thanksgiving twice and they handled Illinois and Canada cold and light slush well enough .Only complaint is mileage they say 65K but I got around over 50-55k and was down to the wear bar. The Florida heat and hot roadways wear them quickly.
