I bought this last year at nearly $100 more than this price. Great tree and great deal.

Why is this one so expensive? Quality?

Anyone know if the bulbs are replaceable? I know they're LED but there are replaceable bulb versions out there. Just haven't been able to find it in pre lit trees, only on string lights

There are at least four basic categories that determine prices of artificial trees.

1.) Height - 6 to 7.5 are pretty common size and usually cheap compared to odder sizes like 9 and 11 feet.

2.) Lights - how many? Raises cost a little.

3.)Branches - how many? Raises cost a lot.

4.) Realism rating - this is what drives up the price the most.

This one is there most realistic category. Least realistic would be those ones with flat plastic strips for pine needles.

We have two and these trees are fantastic. Never burnt out lights, never breaking limbs. It's super easy to put together, and looks better than any fake tree I've owned. It's the only tree I've owned that will actually fit back in the box for storage, which is a huge plus for me.

Every fake tree I have ever tried fits back into the box. Your opinion is valid, just saying I've never had that issue even on a $40 tree.

FYI there's a bunch of trees that are around 50 percent off.

This one is a little more pricey but it has more lights, has dual color and is "ultra realistic" (as opposed to the tree mentioned in this post which is just "most realistic")

This is actually a low price for a good quality pre-lit tree. You can pay upwards of $1500 for a good tree that will last a lifetime. You get what you pay for.

Can anyone confirm what color lights come one this tree. I see it's multicolor but can you get a warm white out of it or is it more light a bright white?

Doesn't "most realistic" mean the most realistic type they offer vs. "Ultra realistic" is just them trying to say "not the most realistic, but still good, but we don't want to write it like that"

I'm guessing the lights are US voltage only, but could someone confirm that it's not dual voltage? We're moving to Europe soon and also need to replace our tree this year. I couldn't find anything on their page, which inclines me to believe it's 120v. Thanks.
