one real problem with amazon is returns, people are sending fake shit back and whomever restocks them is adding them back as new condition.
Another issue is Chinese manufacturers might be selling stock that didn't meet QA of their client/distributer but off load it themselves elsewhere.

With that being said, this is a good deal, but not amazing. According to camelcamelcamel, the "regular" price for this card has been at around $22 to $23 for the last several months, so this is about a 10% deal off "normal" prices.
