Some folks on the interweb says it also affects mobile as they are essentially a lower power version of the desktop cpu.
However, since the mobile cpu run at lower power and lower voltage, it's less likely they will have this issue since it's primarily caused by high voltage during high power use that causes the irreversible damage.
The Dell refurb I received shows less than 10 hours of power on time on the SSD. so I would assume the entire system has had fewer than 10 hours of use. Even if the CPU was 100% maxed out during that 10 hours, it's so little time that it's not likely to have caused any long term issues.
