Is refusing shipment still a thing (i.e. I tell UPS I don't want it anymore)?

Granted I only bought a 1660 Super, but at this point may as well wait for 3000 series stuff to drop even more within the next couple months.
Doesn't hurt to try if you don't want to keep it. Better than paying for the return shipping. The company is scummy enough, so you shouldn't feel bad about it.

I miss zotac refurbished deals. I keep missing out on these 🙁 I've bought them before in the past, 900 and 1000 series and for friends and they have always been real solid.

It's maybe less of a problem for the lower TDP cards, but I had a 3090 from Zotac which would just overheat from the factory, with the temps maxing out at like 100c at times. I complained to Zotac about it, they told me it was normal. It died out of warranty, so I paid to have it repaired. (Here's the video of my repair https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZjCOzn4Nlo&t=1s), and it came back still overheating. The dude in the video comments about it. I ended up selling it to a friend for a song who was fully aware of the issue and who, to be fair, has been using it without incident for several months now. I suspect it's just a ticking timebomb.

Anyway, it's enough to have soured me on Zotac so I figured I'd share it with you all.

That reminded me of when Galaxy told me 100c was normal too. I had to escalate it to their level 2 support team before I was able to get a replacement

It will be back. I've been watching this actually for the last two weeks. Likely today or tomorrow they will restock a new selection. I mulled it over that long before buying a 3060ti.

I have been watching this now for awhile. I went with the Sapphire 6650xt new from Amazon for the 209. It comes with 2 year warranty and is a new card.

Way too much for that card. That 8GB memory is gimping the card, if it was 12 or bigger yes worth it. at 8GB no. You're paying Nvidia tax when you buy Nvidia.

I'm getting worn down. My 1070ti is 8gb so i feel like i need to go up at least to 10 or 12gb so it's an increase of some kind but even the 4060 tests much higher than the 1070ti. At $200 It's getting hard not to just take the minor upgrade for nothing else but stability.

Every time I see the brand Zotac I also have instant flashbacks to the Dude, where s my car movie because it is so similar to Zoltan.
And then? No and then!

Right, but from what I've read the 3060ti this is better than a Amd 6600xt which costs more or less the same. Obviously the con is it's used, but if it works. More card for the money when both have 8gb of memory.

Zotac is a fine brand but I won't get an 8GB GPU unless it for a home theater PC at this point.

Only the 3090/3090ti are available, I don't understand why this thread hasn't been marked as expired.

I received my 3060 TI that I ordered about two or three days ago. It looks literally brand new. I do not see any signs of usage. It works perfectly
