I have the 1200J
Been using it almost a year. There are two complaints I have about it.
#1- There is a power button it, and its default status is off, lose power, or unplug it, you have to remember to push the button back on, not a big deal, but has caught me off guard a couple times.
#2- The worst part about this is the USB power will drop for a moment when you connect another USB device. For example, I have my tablet connected and I am charging it with one of the type C ports, and then I plug in something in the USB A it will drop all power from the tablet, and then the tablet will pop the screen like I just plugged it in. In this instance its an annoyance, however I did have a desk apple carplay setup, and that has been awesome, however it runs on USB, and doesn't have a battery, so it would fully kill power to it, and then reboot. Just because I connected something to a different port. That alone makes me not want to do this one again.

For those wondering, this reddit seems to suggest they are unreliable and have fried gadgets:

? The overwhelming majority of comments in that thread are positive.

I've had two Baseus charger products for over a year now with no issues. I consider them one of the "name brand" cheap Chinese manufacturers. They've been around quite a while.

Can you answer this for me? Does the power button light stay On the entire time it is charging something? I want to use this in a bedroom and don't want additional lights. Thanks!

The light stays on as long as the power is on, regardless of whether there is anything plugged into it.

Something odd I noticed, is that Amazon disallows new reviews on these products even if you've purchased it.

The PD40W I got seems to have issues with the middle port giving the wrong voltage - so I'm not skeptical of their build quality.

It doesn't suggest that whatsoever. One person complained that 3 baseus devices all died at the same but the odds of that are ridiculous. Sounds like a troll.

Not a single person said anything about frying their devices.
3 dying at the same time sounds like a big mess in power lines and protection system doing it's job.

I mean why take the chance if even a handful of people are having issues? Let's let logic take the wheel on this one....
Because it's 10 dollars. Penny wise pound foolish.

Fwiw I have had the 20w and 40w Baseus chargers for about a year without issue. That said, it does appear that maybe I'm the exception vs the rule given reviews. Also worth noting these particular units are powering low power USB devices, 15w max. It also didnt seem to negotiate super fast charging (25w) on my Samsung Galaxy phone when I tested it when I first bought it (the 40w unit.) tried different cables as well. This is why I relegated them to lower power devices.

The 40W unit maxes out at 20W per port. That's what I opted to get two of the 20W units instead.
