The large one is probably too big for air travel. For example, both AA [aa.com] and United [united.com] restrict checked bags to 62 total in.

Good deal for ABS, but worried that the carry-on may be a smidgen too big for international travel.

Edit: Disregard. Got my ABS and Polycarbonate backwards. This isn't a good deal for ABS.

Polycarbonate is superior than ABS, I'll pass on this one.

The large is too big & will result in an oversized baggage fee.

Carry-on: 22.3 + 14.0 + 9.3 = 45.6

Carry-on dimensions are 18 x 14 x 8 in, so it might squeeze by on the big airlines, but not the cheap no-frills ones.

Checked: : 31.0 + 21.3 + 12.8 = 65.1 in.

That's at least $30 fee for over 62 in. I doubt they would charge the $150-$200+ fee for over 65" but you never know.

Absolutely not a good deal for ABS. You can get off brand polycarbonate for under 100

For anyone concerned about international carry on sizes, check out "Melalania" polypropylene luggage set on Walmart. $130 usually for a 5pc set

9 times out of 10, most airports only eyeball the size. If it looks obviously bigger than usual, they'll whip out the measuring tape. But if you're around 62-65, good chance they won't bother. They always check weight though.

I used the exact same size carryon in Europe a couple months ago, no problem.

Good deal but inflated retail reference price 😂. More like retail $300-350
