The Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet 2018, 8th Gen (karnak?) supposedly has a LineageOS custom ROM, but it's an old version based on LinageOS 16/Android 9. It might also require minor hardware mod (shorting some pins) to do the first install. Actually it looks like there's also a LinageOS 20/Android 13 build but it has bugs.
Newer models don't have the boot-loader exploit needed for a full custom OS. There's always Fire Toolbox though.
