Does anyone have AirPods trade-in experience at BB? If I am buying it online, do I pay full price now, and after they receive my AirPods Pro Gen1, then the trade-in value will be refunded to my original payment method? Are they picky about the normal wear and tear (light scratch on the case - I don't have a protection case and I put it my pants pocket daily)
My AirPods Pro still works, but it only holds charge for < 3 hours now. Looking for 5-6 hour usage time without charge.
