This HAS to be the beginning of SHOCKING price drops for BF. And I will probably be making many purchases and returns. I already have a 7800 XT that I will probably return once I see better deals on it or a 7900 GRE.

Genuinely curious, what gain would you get from upgrading to the 7900gre? What games do you play that need the bump in frames?

Im not sure to be honest.. i just know the 7900 GRE is like a 7800 XT just somehow slightly faster. The only reason I would do it is because Im not opening any of the PC parts ive purchased so far in case I can get something thats a better deal and I paid 479 for the 7800XT.

the 7900 RX GRE is actually comparable to the Geforce 4070 Super and outperforms the Geforece 4070 Super when gently to mildly overclocked using the standard OEM cooling. This is a great price on the 7900 RX GRE with the 7900 XT recently having deals reaching close to $600 for the 7900 XT. At $479 the 7900 RX GRE is one of the best bangs for your buck in terms of performance.
