I am getting that stupid Please contact us to complete your order. BS on both of my accounts.
I hate metro even with these great deals
bought 2x these last time for free and it is a P.O.Shite. only good for photo slide show viewers. slow azz molazzes e-waste. you have been warned.
You bought two for free? Nice.

Anyway, for a free tablet, you should have done your research. Plenty of youtube vids showing the value that this tablet has compared to it's more expensive siblings. The tablet is great for media consumption. Big bright screen with great resolution. Quad speakers, microsd slot, metal build. Sure it's a little laggy, but it was free, right? Right.

You're welcome!

The Tablet had showed as Out of Stock last night when I originally tried to look into ordering but it was available to order for the $20 price this morning.

Just keep checking back in case it ends up going out of stock again.

I hope you will get your phone soon! And that you will be able to purchase the tablet!
Got it! Got the phone, activated it, and got the tablet! At first it said I wasn't eligible for the tablet, but I went back and checked again after 30 min or so, and it let me get one! Thanks for tips!

Oh no! That sucks! I've gotten that message previously. I don't know why I received that message, though, because I have had my account/service with Metro for years. I think I was having trouble when going through the link/product page, but I finally managed to get it to work by clicking "Add a Line" in My Account. I don't know if that will work for you or not. Try going to the Metro by T-Mobile website directly and not via this link.

The above was in reply to what you previously wrote before I noticed the edit.

Yay! I'm glad you got it to work!

Yeah, I tried to update before there was a reply, sorry. I don't think it was even just time that allowed the deal to work, it's just kind of finicky.

It's okay! Yeah, I honestly have no clue what the problem is with the deal.. for the longest time, ever since I first saw this deal posted months ago, I've been trying to get that deal to work, and it always said "ineligible". The deal worked with a newly purchased phone a few months back.. well, if I recall correctly, there was an "ineligible" notice, though I was able to get around that via the "Add a Line" in My Account.. but the deal wouldn't work directly on an account that has been a Metro Customer for years, not until this morning.. For some reason, the deal finally worked this morning without issue directly from the product page.

You have to activate the first one. You'll get an email to activate before you get the device. Activate and you can order the second. Just putting in the SIM and using isn't activating.
I activated all of them. It still gave me a message when I tried to order. I even called in to purchase and they said it gave them an error.

Has anyone had this tablet from a prior deal and know if you really have to keep service for three months or else you get charged the regular price of the tablet? Someone was told that by a CS rep. (see comment below)

Also, where are the $5 plans? I don't see it on the website.

They had my name misspelled on my account when I signed in to order. So I called up and she fixed that and ordered the tablet for me.
She also said you have to keep the service 3 months or they will charge you the regular price of the tablet.
After the 1st month you can switch to the $5 plan, so it will only cost you $30 before you cancel the service.

Thanks, that makes sense as I don't see mention of needing to keep service longer when I look at older deals on this tablet from Metro. CS reps sometimes tell a load of BS, it's hard to tell what to believe from them. Have you had this deal before?

Do you use the same billing/shipping/email address for each order? I ordered two 12s over the phone but failed to order the 3rd one today, please advise. Thanks

Yeah same here.
I got that too right after I had created an account for my new metro phone, it said I wasn't eligible to order the tablet and to call. I went off and did other things. Came back in maybe 30 minutes, and the tablet page was logged out. When I logged it back in, it immediately let me add to cart. I think it was something about already being on the item page when I logged in that let me get it, rather than having logged in and then going to the item page. Or maybe it was waiting longer, as it was a new account and things were updating in the system. I don't know, it may just be random and you need to keep checking back.

Open a new line with the Free Moto Edge phone and was able to order 2 Tablets. Now getting the "Please contact us to complete your order" error when trying to order 3rd tablet. Tried different cards and browsers, even tried to place order via phone. All are getting rejected.
Anyone who was able to get passed the error?

I think the limit is 2 tablets per account.
