I've been looking at home automation for some time, but haven't wanted to jump in until learning about Matter which should make it less likely to invest in an ecosystem that will disappear. This device is Matter compatible.
I've generally read good things about Hubitat devices, though some claim there is a steep learning curve to get it going.
I did a SD search and see the price has been around $70 - $90
I look forward to hearing people's thoughts on this device.
