Just returned our gateway this am. After a big outage earlier this week, this AM we woke to no internet. Tmo pushed an update to our gateway and bricked it. Our billing cycle starts on the 20th. Today is the 21st, they said they will cancel it next bill cycle - $46.45/mo for a service that barely worked and now I owe an extra month for a service I can't even use. Before the outage and before they bricked our gateway, it was pretty rough to use it. We could see speeds in the 70mpbs range at most, but it would drop and doing a zoom call across it was not feasible.
Did this last year for a free 43" Fire TV and fought them for 6 months and never got the TV rebate I followed all rules on. Be careful
A 4 series 43" is more of the "current" model, while they still sell the 2 series for ~80$ less at 150$. Just a general idea on value / recency of what you are getting.

I signed up for this a few months ago. got $200 GC. My monthly payment is $56.8 ($50 for internet , $5 for mesh access and change for tax)
Any chance I can get my price reduced to $35/month? Can I cancel this one and get another service?

Good promo but I would not recommend this service depending on your location. I am getting ready to drop this since my $200 promo GC just dropped. It is really crappy and very spotty.

I wanted to try it but it says "T-Mobile 5G Home Internet is not currently available at your address. But you are eligible to receive Home Internet LITE! "

Anyone know what this Home Internet LITE is?
Me too but I know there's plenty of 5G in my area.
Maybe there's too many Tmobile users in the area(or already enough people with 5g home internet) and they can't sell you 5G instead calling it LTE lite so you can't complain about not getting 5G.

I was in the same boat but cancelled as soon as I got the card. You can't sign up again for 3 months unless you want to pay the price you was on. So for me 12/6 I can sign up but currently it says there's no openings. I was mostly worried about the data cap of 1.2 and cancelled but my Xfinity is out of control and I've decided I'll take the T-Mobile risk and especially if $35-$40 as I'm paying Comcast $131.

Never available for me, fu tmo

Count yourself lucky, they oversold my area and my speeds can become unusable at peak times. It is not super reliable or consistent. I was told I should get about 200Mbps download, I never get that high even in the overnight hours. I wish I had a fiber or cable option, but my street has not been blessed with service. My only other option is Starlink for $100+ per month.

We need another T-Mobile data breach. Because over a dozen isn't enough.

I live in Western NY and tried t mobile home internet for 2 days. It is super slow and nearly unusable. I have no plan to try their 5g again. Please make sure you give a trial run for few days before registering with their plan. Some area might have better signal. Don't cancel your current plan!

Same here. And we are in an area with very very good tmo coverage. Truly don't get it. friend of mine had it , but she said it was awful and switched to lineline cable Internet. so I guess it's all good then maybe they can't handle the traffic

I signed up for this last year, and my TV is STILL pending. I have called T-Mobile and they said that's expected and it will eventually come. Obviously it's not happening at this point, so I strongly recommend against signing up for this.

Been using T-Mobile HI for 2 months. Switched from $83 per month Spectrum 500 to TMHI and get 600-900 down and 60-70 up (up on Spectrum was 15). I did get the 200 rebate. It would be worth it even without the rebate for me.

Any idea what the QCI priority for home internet is?

Can confirm, lowest priority. I've read multiple threads about it.

I signed up like a week ago and during checkout they showed me I would get $200 back. But after I went to the promotion page to redeem it only showed me $150. I contacted Tmo and told them that I was shown $200 so I am missing $50. The rep asked for a screenshot but I said I don't have any. Then the rep just gave me a $50 credit on my bill.
