I have an old osaki 4000 series chair that I purchased almost 5 or 6 years ago. It has been used heavily every single day. It only recently crapped out on two of the four modes. (I will open the unit up to check to see if it's a loose connection or something When I get some time). But at $1,000, probably easier just to buy a new one
