I have four of these. They install easily and work great with one big caveat. They will not stay connected to WiFi. They initially connect, but at some point lose that connection and won't ever reconnect again. I have 75 other iot devices that work fine, and some of the most problematic locks are right next to access points. Thankfully, they do 85% of what I need without connectivity, but I worry that constant reattempts drain the battery, and it's impossible to remotely allow someone access or use some of the fancier features.

I've got three C220s and have zero issues whatsoever. Never had them go offline other than when I've had the batteries out to swap them.
I thought having a physical key was a nice feature. I have a Kwikset currently and was hoping I could re-key it to match the eufy key.
Unfortunately the keys are incompatible. While searching for a solution I came across this video where they guy was able to open the eufy lock in seconds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wME4qvu678c
It is a different model but I suspect the key mechanism is the same.
It is a nice looking door lock but I will return mine and opt for one that does not have a physical key.
