I'm not sure what Tesla requires, but for dash cams, people usually recommend at least a card labeled for high endurance, due to the frequent writes. I've definitely used worse cards than this in dash & security cams, and they seemed about as reliable as cards that are labeled for high endurance, but your mileage may vary.
For my use case, I'd either use this for an action camera, an Android phone, or a Steam Deck.
