For those of you that signed up the free Netflix subscription with annual Paramount Plus purchase, the free Netflix subscription will be expiring in December. You need to cancel the subscription on the Netflix website to avoid being rolled over into a $22.99 monthly subscription. If you cancel you still will be able to use Netflix until your paid month runs out. It is not sufficient to cancel the subscription on the Verizon site, you need to go to Netflix. Many people got screwed up last year.
For the past two years Verizon came up with offers for the free Netflix - in 2023 it was part of NFL plus and last year it was Paramount Plus. Has anyone heard of a pending offer for 2024? If there is another offer be aware that your Netflix subscription need to run out before you opt in via a Verizon offer. You can't just cancel the Netflix and opt-in to the new offer. You have to be past the final date of your ongoing Netflis subscriotion, not just after you canceled.

Did you cancel on the verizon site or at netflix? i got an email from verizon that said i needed to cancel at netflix as well as at verizon

Verizon no longer shows Netflix under the +play manage page and only shows the Paramount+ with Showtime for $119/year will cancel on Dec 15th so we'll see if it cancel's netflix as well or reverts it back to Netflix to manage the plans.
