What's up with so many Type-A ports and so few (1!) Type-C?

Other than that, I have an old version of this laptop with the 1650 and it's been super solid.

About to return this to Best Buy. Cant install win11 updates it's stuck in a loop. Seems it came corrupted from the factory.

The laptop itself is sleek and light. Feels kinda wrong with the plastic shell.
