I'm getting the same issue. Was looking at a kitchenaid dishwasher. Really good deal at $609, but the FREEINSTALL promo code isn't working even though the item is more than $499. Trying to chat with an agent. Hopefully they'll have a solution.

Great news! Their chat support was completely useless, but I saw on an old slickdeals post that you need to add the installation addon before adding the promo code. It actually applies after that! Hope that helps someone else.

Shows $559 to me. Check again two days later back to $519. However decided to buy a newer model WDPS7024RV for $599 plus tax with free installation. Thanks OP

Price is up to 728 on your model. Plus I never buy newer models. The 970's been around forever. Big mistake
