Given that the deal originates from Peacock and requires a promotion code to be applied for $19.99 price, I wonder if cashback will only be applied to the full-priced plan.
I've been using this site since 2018 so you won't get the VIP bonus but there's probably a sign up bonus to sweeten the deal for new users. They are strict about detecting VPNs and ad blockers otherwise it has been a great experience. Not relevant to you today but there are lots of "member exclusive" offers. I can't earn any of those now since only accounts with a lifetime earnings less than $500 are eligible.
You need to turn off auto renew & let expiration occur (which usually means your account will become non-subscriber 1 day after the expiration date).
After that you are no longer a subscriber & can sign back up with this code/deal
Otherwise yeah you're creating a new account & starting over again….
