I have checked your account. I see It should be a total of $500 or more at dell.com including taxes.
Let's say your purchase is for $98.00 and there is 2% tax. If merchant post $100.00.
You will get the credit.
His math is a bit off, but whatever is posted to your card (after taxes) needs to be over $500
I did the ps5 with a second controller for a total of $508 after taxes
