I compared the V15 at Costco and Best Buy last year and ended up purchasing from Costco, mainly because of Costco's return policy. It also came with more accessories than the Best Buy version.
However, if I had it to do over again, I'd buy the Best Buy version. For me, the lighted crevice tool and low-reach adapter (under furniture) in the Best Buy package are much more useful than the standard crevice tool and the up-top adapter in the Costco package. Also, many of the 'extra' Costco accessories have gone unused.

Nah, that wasn't a price mistake. It came down to that price in Home Depot too but you had to buy three Dyson items that were on sale that time. If I remember correctly, the Amazon price was a response to Home Depot's sale.
