Code worked for me in the app. You have to put the code in and press the arrow next to where you entered the code and it works..
It might depend on the games you play. fast paced FPS look much better on IPS than VA because VA panels have more ghosting when things move around on the screen. Downside of the IPS is when the backlight bleeds through around the corners resulting in an uneven looking screen and blacks don't look very dark / contrast isn't as good. Dark scenes look pretty bright and details are lost.

The picture quality on VAs look better (accurate blacks, good colors) so if you're playing strategy games/ the sims / planet coaster or whatever where things aren't moving around quickly on the screen the images look better.

I think OLED are very fast, have perfect blacks / contrast and work great for all games but they're 3X the price and you have issues like burn in. But I'd go OLED if I had lots of extra money laying around but I just don't want to pay for it right now.

Are there any benefits still to go with IPS or VA panels rather than OLED for gaming, apart from the price they can be had? I game primarily on my 65" Samsung QD OLED. But I would occasionally like to game on my office desk and monitor, and I don't want to fork out $500 or more for a 27" OLED monitor.

Reviews from rtings are pretty solid for the price IMO, so I picked it up: 7.3 PC Gaming / 7.8 Office:

SDHOL20 may be one time use (used in on a Logitech mouse), I can't seem to get coupon to apply for this deal.

Yeah, unfortunately people have been confirming in other threads that it's single-use Frown

For just gaming, the only downside besides cost is potential burn-in. For productivity, particularly text, it isn't the best image clarity. This is mainly due to the subpixel layout in OLED being a triangle instead of a straight line like LCD screens.

If it's for work, I would stick to LCD unless you do way more play than actual work.

Would the Dell 2724g be ok for work? I won't be gaming, and honestly have no idea if it will fix an issue I am running into.

On my Zoom meetings I am currently using a 1080p 24". When people share their screen the text is really small. I think most are using a 34" QHD that out work offers. I just want to be sure if getting a 1440p will be ideal. I know that a 4k the text is going to be small for me and I will have to increase the scaling.

I'm perfectly fine with the 1080p, just need to fix the Zoom issue without killing my eyes.

Yup ran into this too. I wouldn't have used it for the mouse if I knew that.
