I am new to Eufy and purchased a model T88411D1 package from Lowes a month ago. It came with a HB2 with two Eufycam2 cameras. So far it has worked fine except I got intermittent issues with receiving notifications but no event recorded on the Events section, but the notifications will include video clips.

Anyway I think I got a good deal from Lowes at $99 for this setup but now I want to add more cameras and found that additional individual cameras are expensive. Lowes has discontinued that deal and no longer carrying it so I found this deal. The cameras are different form factors so not sure the differences, but I am getting an extra HB2 which I have no use for.

Questions I have for those who knows.

(1) It seems the HB2 and CAM2 are being discontinued, does this post a compatibility issue going forward? I assume the hardware will continue to work, but what about the app? Will it one day suddenly announce the app will only support HB3 or higher and render the old hardware useless? I saw a trade up offer for a HB3 and not sure if that is a path forward.

(2) Anyone knows of a deal where I can get say 3-4 additional EufyCam2 cameras as a package at reasonable prices without having to get multiple kits with extra HB2?

(3) If I do get say additional kits with an extra HB2, is there an issue with setting up two HB2s each connecting to 2 cameras? Say one for front yard one for back yard and will get additional 16GB storage at least? Does the app get confused with multiple HBs for the same property or no?

On this system it offers a 2 cam, 3 cam and 4 cam option, but it makes no sense that the 4 cam option with 1 HB is twice the price when I could buy two 2 cam systems with 2 HBs for the same price.
