Good watch. but its twice as heavy as galaxy watch 7. I have it, battery lasts about 3 days. due to the weight, I am thinking about switching to watch 7. Also this watch is chunky, you may or may not like it. I cannot sleep with this heavy watch to track sleep. Otherwise its a good watch

Do you need to give them the watchband from the smartwatch or is the smartwatch itself is enough? My ZTE Quartz is missing one side of the band.

No band or charge cable or any accessories needed when sending in the trade ins.
But make sure you fully charged it and do a reset first.
Also make sure video and take pix while it's condition and can turn on with pix just in case.

I have this watch and can't recommend it enough. Sapphire glass, huge battery, high resolution screen - basically as good as it gets.

You're better off getting some cheap $10-20 smartwatch. I've seen a few people say their trade in was denied and they were SOL and paid the trade in value they were going to get.
