If it is a reward code starting with P, it likely works on any amount without a minimum, even though it says $45.

If it is promo code like WELCOMEBACK15, it does require the $45 spend.

their store pick up is so bad, almost none are available for pick up even htough the stores have a lot of what you see online. waste of $15 coupon

I redeemed my quarterly reward for a pick up order, which the store canceled. Instead of giving me the reward back, they refunded points so I won't get the new reward until next quarter, after Christmas.
