Great coop game for kids in the 6-12 range. The wizards tower is a good expansion.

In for 1. CCC says this is normally $30-35 and the current price is all time low by a wide margin. Gets good reviews everywhere, from what I'm seeing.

This company recently releases a bunch of expansions, which sadly for me, only work with the new version (this current version). Good deal on a good base game

Relatively easy game to beat consistently, however it always seems to deliver the feeling like you're going to be overtaken by the enemy forces.

Objective here is clearer. You have to defend a castle and not find the relics and leave. It's not a race against time, but a defense against whats coming.
Similarity- you don't communicate your hand or future moves with other players directly.

Just checked this out on the "Watch It Played" Youtube channel. Looks awesome. Simple enough for my 6-year old to grasp ( he's played Plants Vs. Zombies so he kinda gets tower defense ) and co-op to avoid the grumpiness that comes with losing to another person 😄
