This is just a regular 5V only USB-C wall charger that often comes with smart device you bought. If I am buying a wall charger, it would at least need to be multi-port or multi-voltage (with 19/20V).

It does 5v/3A and 9v/2.2A. you can see the label on customer pics

It also says "20W PD"
So I'm not sure the 5v should be fully believed?
I didn't think devices charged at 5v4A
