I've been buying a subscription pair every year using my insurance and it comes out to less than $200. 90% of the time I use them as headphones, but they also come in handy whenever I need to ask the AI a quick question, do calculation, among other things. I use my normal clear lenses indoor and the transition for outdoor & running. If you're Asian, I'd highly recommend the low bridge version.

Folks shit on this, but as a new parent, being hands free and being able to get snapshots of my kid while playing with them is a game changer. I don't wear this a ton in public, only where I want candid shots of the newborn laughing his ass off (and not getting distracted by the phone and stuff).
Also the open ear speakers are SNEAKY good

I bought the large matte ones for $263.20 two days ago. I'm returning them and bought the same ones with the $90 Amazon credit, bringing the price down to $173.20. That's cheaper than buying the frames without the meta features.
