The dongle also does not play well with USB 3.0
Both appear to be relatively well documented issues. I
'm still trying because I really like the Wukong one but thought you all might like to know about my experience.

In case it matters, I've got a JSAUX dock (1st gen) with Gigabit Ethernet and 3 USB3 ports. None of the ports were ever connected to USB3 devices and right now, the dongle+extension is plugged into the one nearest the Ethernet. The port next to it has a USB light (no data; so I remember to turn off power to keep from charging 100% of the time) and the 3rd port is unused.
I mainly use it on windows with the included dongle, Bluetooth worked too on Windows I found the dongle to less lagged if that makes sense periodically it would just take a second to do inputs in helldiver's2 and it was noticeable. So switched to dongle, no issues
I like the controller it's a lil bit smaller than an Xbox controller on the layout, but has lasted WAY longer than any xbox controller on terms of stick drift, for some reason I could kill a Xbox controller in a month on the sticks
Would I buy it again, yeah even without the extra buttons

So for anyone who is looking at these controllers, they seem nice for the price. Just be aware, the 2.4Ghz dongle may throw a fit if it's near another 2.4Ghz dongle, such as a Logitech keyboard. You can use the controller in Bluetooth mode (with longer latency times, unfortunately) if you really need both on at the same time.
😂
