Something called owner exclusive discount was automatically applied to an airwrap tm purchase and this code is simultaneously applicable to my order; the new item comes down to $360 before-tax, which is the same price as the refurb on before (so a very good deal!! thanks!!)

I can't believe there is a 20% (owner exclusive) off and then another 10% BF off! Airwrap came down to $360 + tax! I thought Costco deal at $480 was the best but this was insanely better! I only wish the new Airwrap I.D had the extra discounts but alas, no discount applies to that. Nevertheless, I bought the airwrap and now I can't wait for it to arrive!

Worked on Airstrait . Paid $360 + tax.
Got Freedom Flex 5% paypal discount.
Also Don't forget additional 10% from famous cash back site.

With that effectively $304 + tax.

The 20% owner exclusive works on the Airwrap i.d. Curly + Coily, but not the Straight + Wavy even though both are listed on the owner exclusive page. I was able to replicate the same order from the post above. When I tried again for another owner exclusive item, the 10% promo code can no longer stack.

Hey all - look at last years deals and you will see this company is absolutely terrible. Customer service is non-existent. Myself and many other SDers had a lot of trouble with their so-called money-back guarantee during the holiday sales last year and could not even get them to acknowledge a return. The company was so inept that they didn't respond to my return request OR the credit card chargeback with documentation showing I had tried to contact them to do so (I won Smilie). Lots of BBB complaints and online reviews for everything from fulfillment to repair/warranty service issues. I'd only purchase Dyson products from a Costco or Sam's Club for these reasons.

Look, Dyson makes vacuums like a Toyota, but their business is run like 1980's General Motors. I guess now just return the first order and hopefully get a full refund. I'll share once it's over.
Returned a Airwrap to Dyson last year, was brand new unopened, took a credit card dispute before I finally got my money back, it was a nightmare

It doesn't. But it works on the i.d curly, as mentioned in post. Just add it to cart.
What's diff between airwrap origin and the non-id airwrap?

Agreed, hate paying more but I can't imagine dealing with Dyson directly again

I added to cart and it shows $599, difference is the two attachments (dryer and new diffuser). I also ordered an Air Purifier & Humidifier last night and called customer service and they are not willing to apply the 10% and also not allowing to cancel the order. From the customer service experiences listed here I will probably buy the regular airwrap from Costco for peace of mind.

It's automatic 20% in cart if you are signed into that account. It works on airwrap and i.d curly. If it doesn't work for you on either, maybe you need to register something anew.
