Say if a PLEX Account has two servers running on two different machines, would both these servers have PLEX PASS features?
[Case 01.] One PLEX PASS account>>two PLEX servers>>on two different machines/PC ( on same Network/Location )
[Case 02.] One PLEX PASS account>>two PLEX servers>>on two different machines/PC ( at two different Locations/Networks )

Long read but bottom line is Plex has no solution.
Also, anyone pop in some advice on the major differences that are useful for paid sub vs free?

this is incredibly useful since a lot of streaming sticks don't support all audio/video codecs so you often end up transcoding even locally. Roku for example, and most smart TVs, often run into this
Yes, they've been focusing a lot on aggregate and "social" features, but you can turn all of that off globally in the server settings and never see it again.
One of the aggregate features called "Discovery" actually isn't all that bad as a concept, whereby you add all the streaming providers you subscribe to and you can browse it all from one interface.
As for the claim that your data is being sold... what data? They don't have access to what's on your server, so the most you've given them is standard sign up information.
If we're going to complain, how about the fact that the interface hasn't been updated in forever and is still clunky in some areas? Or what about the fact that subtitles still have tons of issues and you can't control the font/size/etc?
Now, as for Plex Pass itself, you can totally get by without it if you're just hosting content to stream around your house. It's very unlikely that you need transcoding at all if your device can already handle the content and your network is fast enough. And if you're more technically inclined, it doesn't take much to get Jellyfin set up alongside Plex for remote transcoding.
The other tidbits they throw your way are nice to have, but not a major selling point in the least. Intro skip isn't universally available and there's no way to exclude certain shows from auto skip, so it's only a slight step up from doing it manually.
What really becomes the make or break is if you have people you want to share with who aren't technically inclined. You send them a link, they sign up, and they're connected to your library permanently. There's no having to worry about your IP address changing or setting up a VPN.
For the headaches it avoids, I'd say it's a good enough use of $90.
