Also be aware that when you get these subs through Roku, they are not the full regular sub. They are limited and you may not be able to find the content you want on them. At least that's how it was last year.
I would MAYBE pay $5 for all these services COMBINED

This is the junk tier streaming services

Most people do just fine with Netflix + HBO Max + a service they get for free (Amazon Prime) without the need to sign up for a service with 10 shows and 50 movies
I've only had it for a couple months, but I'm enjoying the "From" series, which is an MGM+ original. I can't comment on any other original content other than to say that there's quite a bit. There are many, many excellent movies and series on the channel.

I keep a list of movies on JustWatch and look to see what pops up on things I can stream for free. Don't forget that your local library may also offer you access to Hoopla and Kanopy.
I tend not to purchase these 1 month subscriptions around the holidays only because we're always too busy around this time of year to really sit down and watch a lot of TV.

You can't even watch the new season of Yellowstone on Paramount + anymore.

Anytime to sign up, think trial membership through Roku. You have to go through Roku to cancel. I got burned on this doing a free trial of paramount + (which I periodically do) but accepting the offer via my Roku TV. Cancelled via Paramount.com with the same log ins, yet Roku was processing the full month charge for Paramount on the back end for months. Refused to refund even after showing them my cancellation confirmation-none of this showed in my paramount account. I only have one paramount account. Per Roku if you sign up via Roku you have to cancel via Roku. Ridiculous.

I also got it because I was interested in From. For that alone, I'm pretty happy with it. There is some decent random stuff, too. It's worth it to try it out at that price.

Youtube Premium is also used a lot at our house - there is so much quality travel / food / anything you can think of content on there if you subscribe to the channels you like best its easy to wade through the slop

I know it's pricey but it's one of the only / easiest ways to watch Youtube without ads on a big screen - bonus points because now any device in your house can sign in and use the plan

Paramount+ has never had Yellowstone. Yellowstone has been on Peacock for streaming. (Edit: but Peacock does not yet have the latest episodes)

Paramount network apparently made the deal for Peacock to stream Yellowstone before Paramount+ had even been started.

Paramount+ has the prequel series for Yellowstone.

I liked Billy The Kid and Condor on MGM+ also and FROM is excellent.
