I was just offered this when I tried to cancel after being renewed for my final $5.99 month. ALWAYS try to cancel when your rate is going up the following month. It's when you're in the strongest negotiating position. And, yes, it's worth it, IF you like at least one of their included drinks. I always get the lemonade.
This didn't happen to me. On a free 3 month trial and cancelled near the end of month 2 (didn't realize this would cancel the entire 2th month). They didn't care to keep me in thr club by offering a better rate than $15/mo.

I only go 2 times per month max. Hard to make it worth it ij that situation. They do offer extra deals, but the deals are pretty meh. Dollar off a bagel or 1/2 overpriced cookie. Gee, thanks. Unless you live 5 minutes away from a panera or pass by one where you pass it often, paying for the sip club doesn't make sense

Another proof that Black Friday deals aren't necessarily the best.
Still have free months until end of January.
Not that their drinks are the best (just for convenience sake). Coffee could be lukewarm, etc.
The rare time I wanted a decaf around 8PM.... they said they were out.

How many hours of work are you willing to do for a $6 refund

Agreed. I've done deal 2x and both times I've forgotten about it and used it only 1-2x each 3month trial. I like the green tea but it's way too sweet. They added a 0 sugar energy drink to their menu over the summer which I was excited to try but next time I looked all varieties of it were removed.

Great deal for those that will actually use it/have a convenient location on their way to/from somewhere and know to resist making any other purchase. In my city there are only 2 and they are not particularly on my way to anywhere I go daily so going out of my way for a free beverage is just inefficient lol.

Can you just get the drinks without buying anything? I live close to a Panera. Might save me $$ from the monthly soda costs from the grocery, at least for 3 months. Thanks

If you contact CS they'll probably restore that free 3rd month or compensate you for it with a comparable dollar off reward. That's been my experience. But now that you're not a subscriber, I'm sure a $6/mo or so deal will pop up soon. And yeah, if you don't live near one then it's not really worth it, but there are enough ones relatively close by to make it worth it for me at $6/mo or so. I usually get a large lemonade or comparable drink to take out, which I dilute with water or soda when I get home as it's too sweet for me. Lasts me a few days. Their coffee is mediocre at best, and really only worth it if you dine in. But their salads are decent and they often run promos to make them effectively half price.

Same. Even grabbed one on the PA turnpike which was awesome.

The free 2 month trial was for new subscribers only. This offer is for new and lapsed subscribers.

It's winter practically, there are many days when it 20 degrees out that I'd rather have a hot coffee.

As for 'filling up as much as I want' refills are free at Panera. and you can start all over again each 2 hours and drink to your hearts content.

The Wendy's is a good deal too, but $1 each time will soon add up to more than $3. The sip club also works at Panera drive through, so you don't even have to get out of your car.

Have to laugh at the reasons people find to think $3 for a month of unlimited drinks is somehow a bad deal. LOL.
I agree with you that $3 a month is still a good deal, but as you point out it is winter and this would be a much more useful deal if it was during the warmer months. I really don't need a large cold drink much during the winter months, and I find Paneras coffee to be pretty crappy. Hopefully they will do this again next may or june.

I feel you on the hot drinks part. If they had hot chocolate, I would refill that. In a work day (I do not have any Panera where I work); that would mean I would go in the morning and then refill in the evening and do that 5 times a week.
They have hot water for their tea. You could bring your own hot chocolate packets and mix it in with water if you wanted hot chocolate.

I like to get their bagels and dunk it into coffee as I eat it. This would work even better with hot chocolate.
