This is sold by 6Ave, not Newegg, in case someone does not look too closely. They frequently have better prices than other shops, but they are not an authorized Sony reseller and they sometimes sell grey market products. If price is all that matters to you then they may be an OK option, but know that you will have no warranty support from Sony or most other manufacturers.

Tbh the c2 with no front curtain shutter does not compete with modern cameras outside of the compact class.

To lose fcs for the form factor is the question that one really needs to ask oneself.

My r3 fits in my sweater shirt pocket with a 24gm the a7cr fits just the same as the viewfinder is in the middle.

Weight on the otherhand was worth losing fcs.
