The one provided by Dreame website is "manufacturer warranty" whereas the one in ebay (although officially resold by the brand Dreame) is seller warranty.

I purchased one from eBay dreame... It was nice, until one day I found it sitting in a puddle of water at the dock. This was about two months of use... Be sure to put something under it if you have wood floors.

I sent it in and they said it's out of warranty and they want 200 dollars to fix it. I sent them a screenshot of the warranty and they just blew me off.

The bot itself is cool but beware the warranty doesn't mean anything.

I got this and want to return it. I have a roborock qrevo pro and it blows this thing out of the water. This one has gotten stuck on cables a few times and eaten toys and clogged the brush. The mop pads don't lift high enough so the carpet gets wet. The mops popped off after it drove over a straightening iron. The AI camera just sucks. And the app pales in comparison to roborock, you get so many more features and settings on roborock.

I'm going to return the dream and get a q revo or q revo pro instead. I'd rather spend the extra than keep dealing with this thing it keeps getting stuck. The AI and RGB camera is useless.

Was it easy to return to ebay? Did you have any issues and did you get a full refund? I want to buy one to try but want to be able to return it if I don't like it.

$279 now until the 14th. Saw this thread was bumped and was tempted to get this until...

That knocked the wind out of my sails. If the whole purpose is to run this on carpet for me, and it's blah on carpet, then shoot....that area of non-carpet is now minor vs a major area that will be uncleaned.

I'm good.
