Most gaming laptops with an integrated GPU (iGPU) can switch to that when not gaming and save a lot of power to extend the battery life.
This CPU with no iGPU uses the 4070 dGPU to drive the graphics even when you're composing an email, which results in poor battery life for almost all uses.
Aside from including integrated graphics, the AMD 7435HS CPU is a competent mid-range gaming CPU. So if all you intend to use this for is to play games while plugged in then it should meet your needs.
The puzzling thing to me is that a 4070 RTX dGPU is kind of overkill for a FHD screen. You likely won't see too much difference at FHD between a 4060 & a 4070. If you plan to use an external QHD or 4K monitor then the 4070 will come in handy.

[1] The actual TGP may depend on system configuration. System configured with 170W power adapter, TGP will be 105W.
System configured with 230W power adapter, TGP will be 115W.
EDIT: did some research, a lot of negative comments/reviews on Reddit, so might be something to consider
2nd EDIT: Reviews on Walmart are just as bad, if not worse. Ordering from them seems like more of a gamble than I am comfortable with.

Main differences are that the 4070 has more shading units, more tensor cores and higher clock speeds.
