Just one caveat: these are SIGNIFICANTLY BIGGER than same weight dumbbells made by other companies. For example, my 25lb pair are about the same size as the 40-45# pairs at my local Y! It doesn't affect their FUNCTIONALITY one bit of course, but just sayin'...wonder if they are concrete wrapped in vinyl rather than steel? Would explain the size and price difference.

They do smell at first, I left mine outside a few days, that seemed to help.
Wipe them off when you get them.
