I have free access to a fully stocked woodshop, but it's 20 minutes away and I'm unsure if I would use a router and jigsaw for household diy work. If I need to make anything, I can just go to the shop.

Home Depot has a 6ah 4ah Battery / Charger + 1 Free Tool combo right now for $199. Picking the Router as the free tool and adding in the Jigsaw and Sander brings the total up to $580. This is an amazing deal, save $300!

My issue isn't the use cases, it's the amount of them I come across. I have a wired router and jigsaw, which is annoying when I need them. But I cant justify buying a new set just to be wireless (but note I didn't say I wouldn't buy this good deal).
